Hayley graduated from Deakin University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science (Mathematical Modelling). Hayley joined the firm in 2012 after spending six years practicing in property and commercial law in Shepparton.
Hayley was at the forefront of the significant changes to the Water Act in 2007. She co-authored a paper on this topic and presented at a Law Institute of Victoria conference on water rights.
Hayley’s family background of farming and small business gives her firsthand understanding of the practical issues arising in business which she combines with her legal expertise when advising clients.
